Premium Bathroom Vanities for Bokarina Homes
High-End Joinery Without the Premium Price Tag
Transform your bathroom with the Sunshine Coast’s most trusted cabinetry experts. With over 25 years of local experience, Kitchens R Us delivers custom-built, moisture-resistant vanities engineered to withstand Queensland’s humidity while elevating your home’s aesthetic.
Almost every home in Bokarina is a separate house, and many are home to families with children. We make vanities to measure for those bathrooms, along with mirrored shaving cabinets and linen cupboards, at our Warana workshop, where we use moisture-resistant board chosen for shower steam and sea air.
Sophisticated Aesthetics. Rugged Coastal Functionality.
At Kitchens R Us, we specialise in Bathroom Vanities that balance refined design with the reality of wet-area living. From the hinterland to the beachfront across Sunshine Coast, we understand that a well-designed bathroom is a sanctuary — which is why we focus on custom joinery that maximises your storage and adds genuine value to your property.
By combining premium, moisture-resistant local materials with over two decades of technical expertise, we ensure your new vanity isn’t just beautiful — it’s built to endure Queensland humidity and the daily demands of a busy household. Whether you’re planning a contemporary floating design or a classic coastal refresh, our Bokarina clients get the seamless, professional service required to turn vision into reality.
Vanities for Bokarina's Family Bathrooms
Separate houses made up 98.6% of Bokarina's occupied dwellings at the 2021 Census, and the Census counted no flats or apartments in the suburb at all. Couple families with children were 49.2% of families, well above the Sunshine Coast figure of 38.8%, which points to main bathrooms and ensuites that see heavy use each morning.
We measure each room, design the vanity around your plumbing layout and build it in Warana. Keen to install it yourself? ESIPAK DIY vanities come fully pre-assembled and custom-built to your exact dimensions, which makes installation a much simpler job. Every design starts with a free measure, so the vanity fits the room rather than the other way round.

Built for the Coastal Climate
Manufactured right here in Warana using high-grade, moisture-resistant materials chosen to withstand Queensland’s steam, humidity, and salt air.
A Reputation Built on Referrals
Over 75% of our business comes from word-of-mouth. Bokarina neighbours trust us enough to recommend our bathroom solutions to friends and family.

Family Owned & Operated

Drawers for Everyone
A shared family bathroom needs storage that keeps each person's things apart. We plan drawer banks and cupboards around how many people use the room, then build them to its measured size.
Room for the Towels
Tallboys and linen cupboards are custom-built to your room layout, so a bathroom with a spare corner or wall gains proper space for towels, toiletries and cleaning gear.
One Look, Room to Room
Our bathroom joinery packages carry the same finish from the vanity into the laundry and powder room too, so a larger Bokarina house carries one consistent style and quality of finish through every wet area.

Bathroom Cabinetry Across Bokarina
Bokarina takes its name from a word that the developer, Alfred Grant Pty Ltd, believed meant middle, given in 1969 because the area lay half-way along the Kawana Waters land-development scheme. In the early 1980s it emerged as Bokarina Beach, with an initial subdivision between the foreshore reserve and the sports complex on Nicklin Way, the road that runs through the suburb from Warana in the north to Wurtulla in the south.
Family households lead here. One parent families were 11.9% of families, below the Queensland figure of 16.8%, and couple families without children made up 38.6%. Townhouses accounted for just 1.3% of occupied dwellings. In a house with a main bathroom and an ensuite, the two are often renovated together, which is a good moment to choose one benchtop and door finish for both rooms.
The suburb's housing lies between Nicklin Way and Bokarina Beach, so sea air is part of every bathroom's day. Each vanity is built on moisture-resistant board and joined with interlock construction, with solid 16mm backs, then finished with engineered stone or laminate tops that handle humidity. Installed work comes with our 7-year workmanship warranty, and hinges and drawer runners are guaranteed for life under the hardware warranty, and you can see every finish at the Warana showroom first.

Questions About Bathroom Vanities
Updating your bathroom joinery is a smart investment in your home’s value. To help you plan your Bokarina bathroom renovation, we’ve answered the most common questions our local clients ask.
How much does a custom bathroom vanity cost?
Cost depends on size, benchtop choice (laminate vs. engineered stone), and whether you choose a DIY or fully-installed service. Generally, a custom-built vanity ranges from $1,500 to $5,000+. We provide detailed, transparent quotes to help you achieve a premium look within your budget.
How long does the process take from design to install?
Once your final design is approved, manufacturing lead time in our Warana workshop is typically 4 to 6 weeks. The actual on-site installation of a vanity usually takes one day, though complex projects requiring stone templates or plumbing coordination may take slightly longer.
Do you manage the plumbing and electrical for the vanity?
Yes. Through our Full Project Management service, we coordinate our trusted team of local licensed plumbers and electricians. This ensures your new vanity is connected correctly and all trades are synchronised — saving you the hassle of managing multiple contractors.
What makes your vanities better than big-box retailers?
Unlike mass-produced units, our vanities feature moisture-resistant board, Interlock Construction, and 16mm solid backs. Because we manufacture locally on the Sunshine Coast, our cabinetry is specifically engineered to resist the peeling, sagging, and moisture damage common in humid bathroom environments.
Can I install a custom vanity myself to save money?
Absolutely. Our ESIPAK DIY range is perfect for homeowners wanting a professional result at a lower price point. Unlike standard retail flatpacks, our DIY vanities come fully pre-assembled and custom-built to your exact plumbing layout and dimensions — making installation much simpler.
Do you offer a warranty on bathroom joinery?
Yes. We provide a 7-year workmanship warranty on all installations and a lifetime warranty on our high-quality hardware, such as soft-close hinges and drawer runners. This ensures your bathroom remains functional and beautiful despite the rigors of daily use.
Do you service properties outside the immediate Bokarina area?
Yes — we travel from North Brisbane through to Gympie and across the entire Sunshine Coast region. Whether you’re in a coastal suburb or a hinterland property, our team comes to you for measure-ups, consultation, and installation.
