A wardrobe from a module chart comes in set widths, so the opening in your bedroom gets filler panels and a dead corner. We start from the measurement instead. Every opening is measured on site, the frame is scribed to the wall, and the carcass is cut at Warana to those figures, so the robe fits the room you actually have.
Because the factory, showroom and design office are all at Technology Drive, you can handle the board finishes and open a soft-close drawer before you decide, and a change made after your design meeting is a re-cut rather than a re-order from an interstate supplier. The same cabinetry specification we use for kitchens carries into every robe: moisture-resistant board, high-impact edging and metal drawer sides, built for Queensland humidity and coastal conditions.

How much does a custom wardrobe cost on the Sunshine Coast?
It depends on the opening width, the door type and how much of the budget goes into internals. A rebuilt fit-out behind doors you keep sits well below a full ceiling-height robe with drawer banks and mirrored sliders. Rather than publish a range that means nothing for your room, we measure and hand you an itemised written quote showing doors, hardware, internals and installation as separate lines, at no cost.
How long does it take from design to installation?
Four to six weeks from approved design and deposit for most single-robe jobs. That is manufacturing time at our own factory, not a shipping wait. Installation is generally one day per robe. If the wardrobes are part of a larger renovation, we schedule around the other trades so we are fitting into a finished, painted room.
Do you measure every job on site?
Always. Sunshine Coast homes span decades of construction and the walls reflect it, openings in the older suburbs are routinely out of square by more than a centimetre. We measure at several heights, note the taper, and scribe the frame to the wall so there is no gap to fill later.
What makes your wardrobes better than a flat-pack system?
Fixed modules come in set widths, so a 1.8-metre opening loses 100 to 200mm to filler panels. We build to the measurement you have. We also specify for the coast as standard: moisture-resistant board, sealed high-impact edging and metal drawer sides, which is where cheap cabinetry fails first in a ventilated beachside home.
Can I keep my existing wardrobe doors?
Often, and we will tell you honestly whether yours are worth keeping. If the panels are sound but the track is worn, replacing the track and rebuilding the internals gets you most of the improvement for a fraction of the spend. We price both options side by side.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, a 7-year workmanship warranty on installed cabinetry, plus a lifetime hardware warranty on our ESIPAK range. Because every component is made at Warana, a replacement drawer or door years down the track is a straightforward job rather than a discontinued part.
